OUR STORY
Generations Community Church (GCC) started as a dream in the hearts of Pastor Ryan and Jen Crouse in 2011. They brought their youth group to an event at North Central University and during the conference, youth pastors were encouraged to also attend a session, so they headed to one that piqued their interest - church planting!
During that session and afterward, God planted a seed and Pastor Ryan and Jen were encouraged by the thought of church planting, but logistically at that time, it did not look possible. What they did not see that day was that God was moving and continuing to work behind the scenes.
WHY ISANTI?
In early 2022, Pastor Ryan met with the church planting leadership of the MN District of the Assemblies of God (AG). In this meeting, they were challenged to pray and research to see if there was a city that God was drawing them to for a new church.
While driving around the Cambridge and Isanti area, they began to see the need and felt led to start an AG church in Isanti. While doing additional research online, the Isanti city slogan, "A Community for Generations," was an inspiration for the church name - it reinforced their heart to share and experience the hope of Jesus with all generations.
PUBLIC LAUNCH
IIn September 2023, GCC publicly launched at the Isanti Middle School and is excited to be a part of the local community. We know that our best days are ahead and we invite you to come be a part.

TODAY
Today, we continue to worship, pray and serve together. Our desire is to see lives changed, generations impacted and legacies of faith built. From kids church and youth group to our Sunday morning service, our heart is connect to God and grow in faith.
